company history   inteRAD was founded in 1998 to enter the software development market. Sudden and dramatic changes in the Information Technology industry and economic climate encouraged the company to focus its attention on research and development of products designed for a new era - the coming web-centric world. Following the 2000 industry downturn, recovery and trend changes progressed more slowly than anticipated. Yet the direction remained precisely that which inteRAD's team had anticipated, creating an urgent need for a new generation of platforms and development tools to suit the spiralling demands of a web-enabled world. While established players struggled to adapt legacy technology, inteRAD's team developed innovative tools designed specifically to drive the transition to a web-connected world. inteRAD was a research and technology focused entity with outsourced marketing. It produced products that deliver the simplicity, robustness, cost efficiency, and ubiquitous integration that is still eluding  the major players in the global I.T. industry. Recognising specific challenges faced by inteRAD, ITG formed in November 2003 specifically to acquire inteRAD and properly commercialise and marketet its products, while supporting ongoing research and development and seeking other appropriate acquisitions.  ITG formed as a customer focused, results driven organisation, to harvest the seeds inteRAD had planted, and to continue to grow product in response to market demand.
